Sorry for the lame title but it made you look, didn’t it?
Below is an interactive Shelf that just came out of the Issuu labs. It syncs with a folder in My Library on Issuu and updates whenever I add more stuff. It’s perfect for showcasing your archive or a collection of bookmarks.

For publishers interested in tips to how to get started with a digital publishing strategy, I wrote a very hands-on post on the Issuu blog. It has a lot of examples and cases, which hopefully can inspire anyone wanting to take a crack at getting their publications (excerpts, promotional/free publications and marketing material/catalogs) online and [...]

The Rolls-Royce of Document Formats: PDF

I did an interview for PDF Zone about PDF and Issuu. It had a lot of interesting questions about the current and future use of PDF in the wake of the Internet, that didn’t make it in the final interview.

I wrote this post almost a month ago, but because of a few formalities, I haven’t been able to post it until now. Enjoy.
I’m not one for thinking things are good for no reason, although I on occasion do feel like painter Francis Bacon, who claimed to be ‘optimistic about nothing’. I believe most of [...]

Virtual magazines for a virtual world

There are people who claim they live in Second Life. Now there are magazines about Second Life too.
Watching the document inflow on Issuu, I randomly came across two publishers of such magazines. One is called Second Style and it’s about fashion in SL and is edited by ‘Celebrity Trollop’ (gotta love that name).
What do people [...]
